We bought my dress and bridesmaid dresses from Simplistic Bride. We were greeted with friendly smiles the moment we walked in. One of the things I liked best about this vendor was they are personable, patience and give honest, helpful suggestions throughout the whole process. Additionally, the ladies who assisted us were not pushy and took their time, as if I was the only person there, even though there were others in the store. This made me feel as though they were not just selling me a dress, but patiently helping me find “the dress.” They also listened to what I liked and disliked and made suggestions of other options until I found my dress.

A note on bridesmaid dresses:
My bridesmaids and I all lived in different cities, so I was given a sample magazine to take with me and look through. They also recommended me to their website, so all of my ladies could look there as well-which was GREAT!

They are also EXCELLENT with returning phone calls when you leave a message. There were several time when I had left messages to place an order or check a size of a dress. They got back to me usually within a few hours or even a day at the longest.

I highly recommend Simplistic Bride. They are fantastic to work with!

Before going to Simplistic Bride I had visited several other shops in the area and was completely disappointed in the service and treatment that I had received at these other shops. I went to a bridal expo with the idea that maybe I would find someone else and I did. I met Diane and her staff there, and the following week I went to the shop and fell in love with their service and expertise. They were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process.

These ladies knew what they were doing. They had you try on MANY styles of dress, to see what you looked good in, not just what you thought you wanted. I ended up choosing a dress that I never would have thought I would have liked, but it looked fabulous and I felt like a bride wearing it.
